One workspace for common PDF page jobs

Add PDFs, review their thumbnails, move pages into order, rotate sideways pages, remove what you do not need, or select a smaller range. The same visible page grid supports merging, splitting, and organizing.

A separate check after the file is built

The PDF writer creates the result, then an independent reader opens that output and compares its page structure with the expected arrangement. This catches important mismatches before the Download button becomes available, but it cannot guarantee every PDF viewer, printer, or archival workflow.

More PDFs work without extra steps

PDFs with bookmarks, accessibility tags, embedded attachments, custom page labels, fieldless signature status, or static document metadata can still be merged. The visible pages stay in the result; those extras are not copied, and one clear notice lists them before and after the merge. Password protection, interactive forms, visible signatures, annotations, links, optional layers, external page resources, and executable content are still paused when rewriting could change what a person sees or how the document works.

1. Keep the original PDF unchanged.
2. In a trusted local viewer, use Print or Export to PDF to create a separate, flattened copy.
3. Check that the copy still looks right. Forms, links, visible signatures, and other rich document features may no longer work in that copy.
4. Add only that copy to the MallowDesk PDF tools.

Page removal reorganizes visible pages; it is not redaction or forensic sanitization. Do not use it to remove confidential content.

No shared account or hidden sync

MallowDesk currently has no user accounts and no cross-device sync. Browser storage is not a backup: keep important source files and text in their original location and export lists that need to survive a browser reset.
