What to include
- The approximate file count, total pages, and whether sizes or rotations varied.
- The visible import, export, or Output Check message.
- Whether merge, selection extraction, page ZIP, preview, or save failed.
- Your browser, device, approximate screen size, and operating system.
- Whether reduced motion, forced colors, zoom, or assistive technology was active.
Do not email a PDF, draft, source image, QR payload, saved wheel, filename, screenshot containing private content, password, signature, personal record, financial detail, or confidential metadata. MallowDesk has no account and support will never ask for a document password.
